Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences (SSUHS) announced the GNM 2025 form fill up date for admission into General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) courses in Assam. Students who want to apply GNM course in government or private medical colleges under the Directorate of Health Services of Assam must need to filled up online application for this entrance exam. SSUHS will conduct the test on July 13, 2025, at multiple exam centers across Assam.

GNM 2025 Form Fill up Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Passed 10+2 (or equivalent) in any stream, preferably Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English) with at least 40% overall marks.
- Passed 10+2 in Arts (with subjects like Mathematics, Biotechnology, Economics, Political Science, History, Geography, Business Studies, Accountancy, Home Science, Sociology, Psychology, or Philosophy) OR in Health Care Science (Vocational stream), along with English (Core/Elective). Must have scored 40% marks from recognized boards like CBSE, ICSE, State Boards, or equivalent.
- Completed 10+2 Vocational ANM (Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery) from CBSE or an equivalent board, with the school recognized by the Indian Nursing Council, and scored 40% marks.
- Registered as an ANM with the State Nursing Registration Council.
AGE Criteria
Applicants must be at least 17 years old by December 31, 2025, and the maximum age limit is 35 years. However, there is no upper age restriction for RANM/RLHV candidates.
